The Process to register is simple.

2.       The area of Business can be either in ICT or Digital Communications.

3.       Investment and Ownership requirements are to invest at least $1 million in an Ontario business and own at least 33 per cent if business is in GTA. 

OR

If Outside GTA, invest at least $500,000 and own at least 33 per cent.

4.       The applicants should have at least 3 years of prior experience as Senior Manager or as promoter in the given line of business.

5.       The applicants in their business plan have to assure employment to at least 2 Canadians citizens or permanent residents.

6.       Get a minimum score of 5 on Canadian Language Benchmark Test.

7.       Physically stay in Ontario for at least 75% of the time.

Those interested to purchase existing business can make a visit to Ontario one year before applying under this stream.

Once invitation to apply is received, the applicant would need to share the business plan and requisite application forms along with.

The Applicants would be granted Temporary Residency and once they demonstrate the meeting of the targets as per the business plans, they can look forward for permanent residency permit.
