Under the changes to the CRS ranking score effective 19th
November 2016, Job offers shall need to be a minimum of one year after the
applicants get Canada permanent residency. Changing the job offer requirement
from permanent to one year means more high-skilled candidates working in
contract-based industries shall have a greater probability of getting an
invitation to apply for permanent residency.
